 A custom single family home arises in the Olde Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The modern, eye-catching design stands apart from the traditional rowhome and further contributes to an already eclectic block of rowhomes A cantilevered curved facade clad in brick and wood siding serves as the focal point of the exterior design. Large floor to ceiling windows throughout the house maximize daylighting and exterior views. Ample outdoor space is provided in various forms - a roof deck with a hot tub, a 1-story patio accessed via the second floor living room, and a generous backyard that features a full outdoor kitchen, firepit, and a plunge pool with wooden decks.

The interior layout for the Curve House is organized around its large exterior openings. At the ground floor, the multi-slide glass door takes you to the expansive rear yard of the home. Continuing to the second floor, the double height living room further connects you to the rear yard, overlooking it via the intimate rear balcony. The third and fourth floors are intended to be more private, allowing for natural light and ventilation through narrow, floor to ceiling windows.
